The firm was well established but had no real marketing function at all. No real search engine optimization, no tools, no programs executed on regularly for lead and demand generation, prospect nurturing, qualifying leads, or account-based marketing. Not only that, but their brand was many years outdated, and positioning and messaging was not focused.
Initially, we partnered (through our Fractional CMO service) for a six-month engagement to help the business develop a properly functioning marketing engine. What began as a six-month engagement became a 5-year long relationship.
Early on, we rebranded the firm and built a new website. We also developed and launched a robust content marketing engine and new lead generation to capture inbound leads. Later, we helped to expand their business by adding a new division.
Since then, the firm has become a well-known brand and we’ve helped the company more than triple in size and double in head count. We’ve also helped them go from having nothing to developing a legitimate marketing machine capable enough to support the business - with everything from SEO to content build and brand management.
