The retainer plus performance fee arrangement allowed the firm to easily absorb our costs and quickly place them out in the field to support there own client and agency engagements.
We started in days, and within six months we had hired dozens of contractors and consultants. During our time together, we also were able to help them expand internal resources, shorten time to fill, and reduce their cost-per-hire by almost 300 percent.
